Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group in between -18- 60 years irrespective of gender. Participants fulfilling the ICHD - 3 diagnostic criteria of tension type headache.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with other types of headaches under ICHD 3. Pregnant and lactating women. Participants contraindicated for Nasya and Snehana procedure. Participants having allergy to milk-based preparations or Ghrita formulations.
