Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Only women aged 30-65 years Diagnosed with stress urinary incontinence Symptoms present for more than 3 months Mild to moderate severity (based on questionnaire scores) Able to understand and follow instructions willing to participate and provide informed consent Not undergoing any other treatment for SUI
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mixed or urge urinary incontinence History of recent pelvic surgery more than six month Neurological disorders affecting bladder control (e.g., stroke, spinal cord injury, multiple sclerosis) Severe pelvic organ prolapse Pregnancy or postpartum period (more than 6 months) Current urinary tract infection Use of medications affecting bladder function Cognitive impairment or inability to follow instructions Severe cardiopulmonary conditions
