Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gestational age more than 24 weeks, singleton intrauterine pregnancy, subclinical thyroid ,agree to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known pre pregnancy diagnosis of OSA,IVF pregnancy, other sleep related disorders, chronic respiratory diseases, known cardiac disease or neuromuscular disorders, acute respiratory illness, epilepsy, antepartum hemorrhage , multiple pregnancy, known fetal congenital abnormalities

Incidence of gestational hypertension, preeclampsia , gestational diabetes melliatus assessed during pregnancy .
