Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18-45 years. 1.Symptoms of GERD. 2.Diagnosed with GERD based on the diagnostic criteria mentioned. 3.Willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed severe GERD. 2.Other gastrointestinal and biliary disorders. 3.History of gastrointestinal surgeries. 4.Hypersensitivity to Fenugreek/ methi seeds. 5.Individuals taking pharmacological treatments and herbal medication. -Severe co-morbidities like Diabetes mellitus, Hypertension, other systemic disorders.
