Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Staff nurses who have completed GNM Basic BSc PBBSc and MSc Nursing having more than 3 months of clinical working experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Staff nurses who are not available during the period of study on maternity leave notice period or long leave during data collection
