Intervention1: Hyaluronic acid: In patients undergoing extraction and willing for immediate implant placement in maxillary anterior region, atraumatic extraction will be done and placement of implant

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Peri-implant soft tissue thickness less than 2 mm 2. Facial bone thickness less than or equal to 1 mm 3. Adequate apical and palatal/lingual bone to allow primary implant stability 4. Intact buccal bone after atraumatic extraction 5. Full-mouth plaque score and bleeding score less than or equal to 20% 6. ASA I

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrolled Systemic conditions 2.Presence of acute infection, abscess, or cystic lesion at the implant site and around the adjacent tooth 3.Severe periodontal disease or untreated active periodontal infection
