Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who receiving ventilator support more than 48 hours Patients who got discharged/ shifted/ died after 2 days

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Aspiration pneumonia, prior respiratory tract infection.

To evaluate the effectiveness of the ventilator care bundle on the incidence of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP) in ICU patients.Timepoint: Patients with more than two days of intubation

MeasureTime frame
To compare the incidence of Ventilator-Associated Pneumonia (VAP) between patients with high adherence & low adherence to the ventilator care bundle.Timepoint: Patients with more than two days of intubation
