Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 All stable and ambulatory patients of Bipolar affective disorder (Mania, hypomania) have been diagnosed by the psychiatrist according to ICD-10 on lithium therapy attending the Outpatient Department of Psychiatry of SMS Hospital. 2 The participants have undertaken therapeutic drug monitoring as and when advised by their treating physician.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Patients having other psychiatric, neurological, or substance abuse disorders will be excluded from the study
