Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women aged 18 40 years ASA physical status II Scheduled for elective lower segment caesarean section under spinal anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre-existing hypertension or pregnancy-induced hypertension Cardiovascular or peripheral vascular disease Contraindications to spinal anaesthesia Multiple pregnancies Refusal to participate
