Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed patients of chronic fissure in ano having sign and symptoms like chronic fissure bed with skin tag. Patients aged between 16 to 60 years with no other significant comorbidities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients of Acute fissure in ano . Patients with inflamed skin tag . Carcinoma of rectum . Congenital anal stenosis . Positive case of HIV , VDRL and Hepatits B . Pregnancy with lactating mother . Metabolic disease like DM , HTN, CKD , CLD. Anemia of chronic disease. Not fit for surgical procedure
