Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing upper limb surgery. 2.Patients giving consent for the participation. 3.Adult patients aged 18 to 70 years of both genders. 4.Adult patient weighing 50 to 80kg. 5.Patients belonging to American society of anaesthesiologists (ASA) class I, II and III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient who are not a part of any other study. 2.History of allergic reaction to local anaesthetics. 3.Patients on anticoagulant therapy and/or history of coagulation disorders. 4.Local infection at the proposed site of supraclavicular brachial plexus block. 5.Patients with psychiatric illness, anxious or agitated. 6.Pregnant patients. 7.Patients with peripheral sensorineural deficit, suspected compartment syndrome in upper limbs.
