Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects Between The Age Group Of 20 To 50 Years Subjects Having Impacted Mandibular Third Molars Requiring Extraction Subjects In Which Preoperative Radiological Assessment Fulfills Any One Of The Rood And Shehab Criteria Subjects In Which Root Formation Of The Third Molar Is Complete Subjects In Good Health Classified As ASA One Or Two Subjects Willing To Participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Preoperative Radiographs Showing Distance Of More Than One Millimeter From Root Of The Tooth To The Inferior Alveolar Canal Subjects In Which Root Formation Of The Mandibular Third Molar Is Not Complete Subjects Classified As ASA Three Or Four Any Patients With Systemic Comorbidities Patients With Neurosensory Deficit Patients Not Willing To Participate
