Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed with haemorrhoids presenting with symptoms such as: Rectal bleeding Anal pain or discomfort Itching (pruritus) Swelling or lump around the anus 2.Patients willing to participate in the study and provide written informed consent 3.Frequent travellers
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with 3rd and 4th degree haemorrhoids 2.Patients with other anorectal conditions such as: Fissure in ano Rectal prolapse Ano-rectal malignancy 3.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) or haemorrhoids associated with ulcerative colitis 4.Immunocompromised patients or those with severe systemic illnesses (e.g., endocrine disorders, malignancy, chronic debilitating diseases) 5.Patients currently on long-term medication that may affect study outcomes 6.Pregnant women 7.Patients with severe complications of haemorrhoids or other conditions that may interfere with assessment
