Intervention1: Injectable platelet rich fibrin with Microneedling: After injecting Injectable platelet rich fibrin, microneedling will be done in the chosen site , once a week for 4 consecutive weeks

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Full-mouth plaque index Full-mouth bleeding on probing score of less than 15% Gingival Thickness of the maxillary and mandibular anterior teeth less than 0.8 mm Gingival index (GI) of less than 1

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active orthodontic treatment Previous periodontal surgery Malocclusion, crowding, fillings, missing or supernumerary anterior teeth Blood-borne conditions Use of blood thinners Use of any drugs that might lead to gingival enlargement Mucogingival stress, bruxism Smokers Systemic disease or Pregnancy or Lactation
