Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male kabaddi players aged 18 25 years. Minimum 2 years of competitive playing experience. Actively participating in regular kabaddi training sessions. Medically fit and cleared for physical activity. No structured ankle strengthening or proprioceptive training program in the past 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent lower limb injury within the past 6 months. History of ankle fracture or surgery. Chronic ankle instability under medical treatment. Neurological disorders affecting balance. Vestibular disorders or systemic diseases. Participation in other experimental training programs during the study period. Unwillingness to comply with training or testing procedures.
