Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Indian practicing optometrists or ophthalmologists. - Immediately engaged in the practice of myopia management in pediatrics. - Direct contact with prescription or management of hyperopic defocus- based spectacle lenses.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No clinical experience with the prescription of myopia control spectacles. - Students, interns or less than 3 years practice. - Specialists whose practice is exclusively in refractive surgery or contact lens practice without pediatrics.

MeasureTime frame
Adoption of myopia control spectacle lenses among parents of myopic childrenTimepoint: Adoption will be assessed at baseline (T0) and post-intervention (T1: 4 6 weeks), with an optional follow-up at 3 months (T2) to evaluate sustainability.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Identification and reduction of perceived barriers (economic, cultural, educational, clinical)Timepoint: Perceived barriers will be assessed at baseline (T0) and post-intervention (T1: 4 6 weeks) to evaluate changes following the intervention. An optional follow-up at 3 months (T2) may be included to assess sustainability of barrier reduction.
