Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Professional aged 21 to 35 years old. Employed or self-employed professionals in fields which uses digital technology like software development, academic research, content creation or data analysis. According to GAIDS individuals should be Moderate to High AI usage with the score more than or equal to 33 (Specifically Gen AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any neurological or psychiatric disorder. Any musculoskeletal or cardiovascular condition. History of alcohol consumption. Are into other studies in the last 6 months.
