Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Registered nurses working in emergency medical departments for more than six months. Direct involvement in patient triage activities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Those with previous extensive experience with artificial intelligence based systems. Nurses planning to leave the emergency department during the study period.
