Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.NDI score 5 to 34 2.Age between 19 to 35 yrs. of age 3.Irrespective of gender. 4.Neck Pain for more than 3 months and less than 1 yr. 5.Students sitting for study 6 or more hours per day. 6.Library sitting students

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects with severe neck pain and on medication for pain. 2.Nasya Anarha 3.Subjects with history of recent surgery or recommended surgical intervention, travelling, accident. 4.Subjects with known case of neck pain with systemic illness such as -Cervical spondylitis, nasal polyp, sinusitis, acquired torticollis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, meningitis, tuberculosis of spine, osteomyelitis, fibromyalgia, cancer, heart conditions such as MI, metabolic diseases such as osteoporosis, gout, pagets disease and structural deformity known or later known
