Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who provide written consent for research Patients between ages 18 yrs to 50 yrs Clinical sign and symptoms of Shushkakshipaka i.e rukshata ,avil darshan, Aarakta, kruchhonmilan. Schirmer test value less than 10mm in 5 minute

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic retinopathy. or autoimmune disorders Patients using contact lenses, prior cataract surgery chronic medication affecting tear production. Complicated cases like acute, chronic, infective conjunctivitis, any specific eyelid disorders, corneal ulcers, dacryocystitis and lagophthalmos. Patient with history of systemic disorder that may interfere with course of study Mebomian gland dysfunction. Pregnant or lactating women
