Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients pre-diagnosed by orthopedician with mechanucal neck pain with NDI scoring less than 5% and score on NPRS scale less than 3 with willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent history of fall/trauma Tumors of spine Infections Cervical radiculopathy. Vertebrobasilar insufficiency. Metabolic bone disease. Any severe neurological disorder. Pregnant ladies. Previous cervical surgery. Spinal fractures. Diagnosed psychiatric illness Participation in any exercise program for neck pain in the past 6 months
