Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are willing to give informed written consent for the study. 2.Patients undergoing elective laparoscopic abdominal surgery. 3.Patients belonging to ASA physical status I and II 4.Patients aged between 18-60 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.Patients with contraindications to spinal anesthesia 3.Morbidly obese patients , COPD patients 4.Allergy to study drugs 5.Patients with history of drug abuse or psychiatric disease
