Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 50 years and above Postmenopausal females At least 12 months of amenorrhea

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: presence of neurological diseases with balance alteration. musculoskeletal disease with deformity of the lower extremities. presence of cognitive impairment. uncorrected visual deficit. clinical symptoms of dizziness, tinnitus, hypoacusis and auricular plentitude (uncontrolled vestibulopathies) consumptive syndrome, uncontrolled hypertension, postural hypotension, ingestion of medication that can change balance (sedative and hypnotic agents) alcoholism
