Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: College-going students who are voluntarily willing to participate in the study with a written informed consent. Within the age group of 18-25 years to minimize the confounding effects of age-related autonomic changes. Both females and males. Resting heart rate and blood pressure within normal limits.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any history of cardiovascular, neurological, psychiatric or endocrine illness. Participants on medications affecting autonomic functions. Tobacco, alcohol or any other substance abuse. Subject who is a part of any other scientific research during the intervention period.
