Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: married female patients with chronic and recurrent vaginitis. patients with complaints of vaginal discharge ,low backache,dyspareuniaand post-coital bleeding. patients willing to undergo trails.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: women less than 20 yrs and more than 45 yrs pregnant women menopausal women patients having organic pathology of the uterus Any benign or malignant lesion of the cervix patients having 2nd and 3rd degree uterine prolapse. HIV,VDRL positive patients. unmarried females

Area covered by erosion color of erosion type of discharge cervical tenderness ph of vaginaTimepoint: assessed at baseline after each treatment cycle (Day 7 after each cycle) and at the end of treatment (2 months)

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Yoni Kandu (vaginal itching) assessed at baseline & after 2 months of treatment. Yoni Daha (burning sensation) assessed at baseline & after 2 months. Yoni Gandha (foul smell) assessed at baseline & after 2 months. Kati Shoola (low backache) assessed at baseline & after 2 months. Dyspareunia assessed at baseline & after 2 months. Post-coital bleeding assessed at baseline & after 2 months. Cervical tenderness assessed at baseline & after 2 months. Vaginal pH assessed at baseline & after completion of treatment (2 months).Timepoint: baseline 7 days after procedure after 2 months plus follow up
