Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patient of both sexes will be included Age 50 to 80 will be included Patients who are diagnosed with osteoarthritis of knee clinically based on Symptom of pain stiffness swelling and thorough physical examination Imaging if required
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe degeneration of knee with marked joint narrowing varus or valgus deformity of knee evidenced by imaging or other evidence and requiring surgical interventions Non ambulant patients Patients taking any anti inflammatory allopathic drugs and any type of pain reducing treatment Self reported joint disorders other than osteoarthritis eg inflammatory joint disease specific arthropathy severe axis deviations or instabilities joint or skin infections joint prostheses of the lower limbs Pregnant women and lactating mothers
