Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 12 months to 5 years Attending the clinic for scheduled immunization Presence of at least one active cavitated carious lesion in primary teeth (detected visually)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of silver allergy Oral ulcerations or soft tissue pathology at the time of application Children undergoing any other dental treatment during the study period
