Inclusion criteria: 1 Young female adults 19-23 years 2.Regular menstrual cycle 3.Individuals screened through WaLIDD Score 4.Who are willing to participate and provide informed consent for the study

Exclusion criteria: 1.PCOS/PCOD 2.Irregular menstrual cycles 3.Secondary dysmenorrhea
