Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA physical status class 1 2 Scheduled for elective tympanomastoidectomy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with hypersensitivity to local anaesthetics Patients with chronic pain on opioids Inability to understand vas score Body mass index of greater than 30 Ptient with hepatic renal or cardiac insufficiency pregnant and lactating mothers
