Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between six to nine years requiring Inferior Alveolar Nerve Bock (IANB) local anesthesia. No systemic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Medically compromised patient. Uncooperative children

To evaluate and compare the pain perception during administration of IANB in children of age group 6-9 years using VAS of: 1. 15% Lidocaine topical anesthetic spray 2. 20% Benzocaine topical anesthetic gel 3. 5% EMLA topical anesthetic cream 4. 100% Ethyl Chloride topical anesthetic spray Timepoint: at baseline
