Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who practiced yoga 2 hours per week for a year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects under the influence of any psychoactive substances sedatives anxiolytics anti-depressants and consuming alcohol and nicotine Menstruating Females Any knee injuries Any spinal injuries
