Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients presenting with symptomatic or asymptomatic carious lesions requiring diagnostic evaluation. Teeth with complete diagnostic data (history, tests, radiographs).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete case details or poor-quality radiographs. Incomplete or missing case data (absent history, missing sensibility test results, or low-quality/obscured radiographs). Poor quality radiographs (over/underexposed, angulation errors) that hinder interpretation. Non-consent for use of anonymized clinical data in research or inability to obtain ethical consent.
