Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Term pregnant patients admitted for safe confine-ment (both vaginal delivery and Caesarean section delivery)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant patients who are already intubated. Pregnant patients admitted for emergency LSCS (NICE Category 1) where the urgency of surgery precludes airway examination. Patients unwilling to participate in the study.
