Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Students aged between 18 and 30 years History of neck pain lasting at least 3 weeks No neurological movement disorders affecting the cervical spine or shoulders Shoulder flexion range of at least 130 degrees.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cervical surgery or cervical spine fracture, Temporomandibular surgery, Pathological trauma, Psychosocial issues.
