Intervention1: Eccentric exercises,Short foot exercises: This group will undergo of comprehensive physiotherapy exercise protocol which includes eccentric exercises and short foot exercise. Eccentric
foot abduction with theraband
dorsiflexion with manual resistance

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual with flexible flatfoot(foot print analysis) Individual who are willing to participate Individual with impaired dynamic balance.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with fixed or rigid flat feet. Individuals with ankle pain, injury, or stages III and IV tibialis posterior dysfunction, recent lower limb injuries, or fractures Individuals unwilling to participate Individuals using orthotic aids for flat foot management. Individuals receiving other therapies for flat foot. Individuals with systemic illnesses. Individuals with deformities in proximal joints.
