Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Sex both male and female 2.Patients aged between 18 and 60 years 3.Patient with acute grade 1 and grade 2 ankle sprain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with grade 3 ankle sprain. 2.Patients suffering from uncontrolled systemic disorders which worsen the conditions. [DM, HTN] 3.Patients with fracture and dislocation of the ankle joint. 4.Patients accompanied with any wound on the site. 5.Patients with known cases of chronic Gulpha Marma abhigata. 6.Pregnant and lactating women.
