Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Enrolled in co-educational private or public schools. 2. Consistent attendance at school (at least 75% over the preceding term). 3. Willingness to take part with parental/guardian consent and informed consent. 4. Able to do yoga both mentally and physically. 5. Not enrolled in any formal yoga or nutrition education courses at the moment. 6. The capacity to comprehend and adhere to written or spoken instructions in English or the local language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Adolescents who suffer from long-term illnesses (such as diabetes, asthma, or epilepsy). 2. Diagnosed mental or neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., anxiety disorders, autism, ADHD). 3. Recent hospitalization history (within the last three months). 4. Currently receiving treatment that includes nutritional counselling, yoga, or meditation. 5. Youths with physical limitations that make it impossible for them to execute yoga poses. 6. Lack of consent from parent/guardian or assent from the adolescent. 7. Unavailability during the intervention period (e.g., planned relocation, long-term absence).
