Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed as mild to moderate GAD as per DSM-5 criteria HAM - A Score (18 -24 mild to moderate) Age group 18 - 60 years Willingness to provide informed consent Susceptible to music therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Psychiatric comorbidities / psychiatric medication 2. Pregnant and lactating women 3.Hearing impairment 4. Diabetes Mellitus
