Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Training frequency: Currently practicing more than or equal to 5 session per week. Hearing ability: Normal or corrected-to-normal hearing (to follow metronome beats). Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent injury: Lower-limb injury, surgery, or musculoskeletal condition in the past 6 months that limits jumping/plyometric activity. Chronic disorder: Neurological, vestibular, or orthopedic conditions affecting coordination, balance, or explosive performance. Cardiovascular/respiratory risk: Uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, asthma, or other conditions contraindicating high-intensity exercise. Concussion/head injury: Concussion within the past 3 months or unresolved post-concussion symptoms. Current training overlap: Already engaged in structured plyometric or rhythmic/metronome-based training in the past 8 weeks.
