Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Non-Alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease participants diagnosed through Ultrasonography with grade (1 & 2 ) fatty liver changes in the age group between 25-60 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with uncontrolled Systemic Hypertension or Diabetes Mellitus Known case of Hepatocellular Carcinoma Known case of Liver Cirrhosis Pregnancy and Lactation
