Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Mothers who delivered preterm infants (less than 35weeks) 2. Mothers who can perform daily life activities post delivery, & completed one week of delivery. 3. Mothers who are willing to participate . 4. Mothers who can understand & follow instruction in the local language or English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Mothers with neurological problem ( seizures) , heart disorders , psychosis . 2. Mothers already practicing yoga or under any alternative therapy for wellbeing.
