Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants aged 18 to 60 years 2.Female patients 3.Diagnosed with cancer 4.Receiving radiotherapy 5.Willing to participate in the study 6.Able to understand Telugu/English

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe psychiatric disorder 2. Patients receiving palliative or end-of-life care 3. Patients currently undergoing other psychological interventions 4. Patients with cognitive impairment preventing participation
