Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Edentulous site in Maxillary or Mandibular region (D2 Bone) Patients with adequate interdental and interarch space for prosthetic rehabilitation Patients diagnosed with controlled Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (HbA1c lessthan or equal to 7 and non-diabetic patients. Patients with good oral hygiene and motivation Patients willing to participate and provide informed consent Patients with baseline Vitamin D3
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with uncontrolled diabetes Smokers and tobacco users Patients with active periodontal disease Patients with systemic conditions affecting bone healing (e.g osteoporosis, immunocompromised states) Patients with a history of radiotherapy in the head and neck region Patients on bisphosphonate therapy or long-term steroid use Pregnant and lactating women Patients with poor oral hygiene or non-compliance Patients with insufficient bone volume requiring advanced augmentation procedures
