Inclusion criteria: 20 Children aged 3 5 years of age With 3 active carious primary anterior maxillary teeth Lesions classified as ICDAS codes 4-5 Frankl s Behavior rating 3-4 Absence of signs of irreversible pulpitis or dentoalveolar abscess. Written informed consent from parent
