Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 3 to 5 years attending The Yenepoya School 2.Children with a completely erupted primary.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Children with systemic diseases or physical/motor disabilities that limit manual dexterity (e.g., cerebral palsy). 2.Parents who declined to participate in the BrushYen Program

MeasureTime frame
a)To evaluate the reduction in plaque scores among preschool children at 1, 3, and 6 months following the implementation of the Brushyen program. Timepoint: 1 ,3 and 6 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the improvement in gingival health status at the same intervals. To determine the improvement in toothbrushing skills (dexterity) & parental awareness regarding oral hygiene. Timepoint: 1 month ,3 month & 6 month
