Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Patients aged between 18 50 years -Patients with ASA class 1 and 2 physical status -Patients clinically diagnosed with disc displacement with reduction or disc displacement without reduction according to DC/TMD Axis I diagnostic criteria. -Patients who are refractory to conservative management for more than a period of 3 months. -Patients willing to undergo abdominal fat harvesting and intra-articular nanofat injection

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Local infection at donor or recipient site -Lactating or pregnant women -Previous Temporomandibular joint surgery or intra-articular injections within 6 months -Systemic steroid or immunosuppressive therapy
