Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient age group: 16 to 70 years Patients of either sex will be selected for the study Patients with clinical signs and symptoms of Dusta Vrana (chronic non-healing ulcer) Both fresh case and already treated failed case of Dusta Vrana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with bleeding disorders will be excluded Wounds with other disorders, for example: Tuberculosis, CLD, HIV positive cases, HBsAg positive cases, HCV positive, malignancy, lepromatous conditions, osteomyelitis, arterial anomalies, extensive cellulitis cases, and other systemic diseases will be excluded from this study Severe anemia Burns Uncontrolled Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM)
