Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both gender age group 20 to 50 yrs. 2. The patients suffering from signs and symptoms of Sthaulya mentioned in CharakSutrasthan 21. 3. BMI - 30to 39.9 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with complications such as uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and cardiovascular diseases. 2. Patients on prolonged medication (greater than 6 weeks) with corticosteroids or any other drug that may have an influence on the outcome of the study. 3. Vulnerable groups like children, pregnant women, elderly people, etc. 4. Patient with edema of any etiology.
