Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Special Children 8 11 years of age Medically diagnosed with Down syndrome and classified as having mild to moderate intellectual disability based on clinical records Requiring dental impressions for space analysis and assessment of malocclusion Minimally cooperative with behavioral support Frankl rating 3 4 No prior history of impression making procedures
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe intellectual disabilities or medical conditions Presence of acute oral infections or painful dental conditions Children unable to cooperate despite behavioral support
