Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age more than or equal to 18 years Patients presenting with respiratory symptoms and who are able to perform spirometry as advised by the physician

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Contraindicated to perform spirometry Patients undergoing spirometry for pre-operative or surgical fitness evaluation Inability to complete questionnaire due to cognitive or language barriers
